How to Sync Kumoten Products to UniCart
If you want to run online business and have no idea about the product source, Kumoten is the solution. Kumoten is a dropship company with about 100k products for you to choose from. You can list the products you want without purchasing them. Purchase them only when you have orders and Kumoten will ship it directly to your buyers. Let’s follow instructions below to make use of Kumoten in Unicart store.
Step 1: Register Kumoten dropshipper account
Step 2: Set up Lazada Shipping Setting (Optional)
Step 3: Set up Kumoten integration
Step 4: Sync Kumoten items to Unicart
Step 5: Sync to Lazada (Optional)
Step 6: Fulfill Kumoten order
Step 1: Register Kumoten dropshipper account
1. Register Kumoten dropshipper account.
Step 2: Set up Lazada Shipping Setting (Optional)
1. If you plan to sell Kumoten items on Lazada, kindly go through Lazada Order Shipping.
2. Provide us your Lazada Seller ID so that we can help you to do the necessary setup with Lazada. You can get Lazada Seller ID by login to your Lazada Seller Center, click Shop Name and Profile.
Step 3: Set up Kumoten integration
1. Please email to our support team with email template and details below.
Subject: Kumoten integration
I have a Kumoten account and wish to proceed to Kumoten integration.
Unicart Domain Name: www.yourdomainname.com
Kumoten Registered Email Address: xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.comI would like to sync Kumoten items to Lazada as well. (Optional)

2. After we notified your Kumoten integration is activated, login to your Unicart Admin Panel, navigate to Apps, click Add More Apps and install Kumoten Dropship app.
3. Fill in the required fields to set up Kumoten integration.
Enable inventory update in Lazada: Enable it if you sell Kumoten items on Lazada.
E-mail & Password: Kumoten credentials.
Reserved quantity: Stock level which will not be synced to Unicart to avoid overselling.
Example: When Reserved Quantity is 3 and Kumoten has 50 units of Product A, it will sync 47 units of Product A to Unicart.Update marketplaces when quantity less than: Stock level which will be triggered automatically to update to marketplace.
4. Click Save button.
5. Login to your Kumoten account in Unicart portal.
Step 4: Sync Kumoten items to Unicart
1. Go to Products Page, select the category and its sub category.
2. Click the product you wish to sell.
3. Click Add to MyStore button as system will auto sync all the variants and Kumoten available quantity to Unicart. Thus, you may ignore both Variants and Quantity.
4. Go to Username, select My Store and click the product you added.
5. Select Unicart category that the item will be assigned in Unicart.
6. Price will be auto retrieved from Kumoten Retail price. If you wish to sell with different price in Unicart, you may change the price from variants. Please note that shipping fee will be included in Retail Price on Unicart when sync.
7. Click Sync button to sync the item to Unicart.
Congratulations! You have successfully synced Kumoten item to Unicart and ready to sell online!
Step 5: Sync to Lazada (Optional)
1. If you would like to sync Kumoten items to Lazada, please refer to Unicart Sync To Lazada document and also Lazada Code Application.
2. If you wish to sell Kumoten items on your Unicart store only, please skip this part.
Step 6: Fulfill Kumoten order
1. When customers placed an order with Kumoten products upon payment received, you required to sync the order to Kumoten in order to fulfill the order.
2. Login to Unicart Admin Panel, navigate to Orders, access to Kumoten order, click Sync button from Dropship Order Sync Status on right side.
Note: You will find Dropship Order Sync Status from individual Kumoten order with Paid status only on right side.
3. Login to Kumoten account to check the order status, to ensure the parcel will be shipped to customers.
4. If customers make purchase from Lazada, please refer to Lazada Order Shipping document on how to process Lazada order.
